My husband and I were guests for a week. From the time we stepped on the property we were treated as if we had billionaires status. Our keys were ready, bags were taken with a smile, the hospitality could not be better. Once we were walking to our accommodations we were wowed by the tropical landscapes. This instantly gave relaxation and peace. The view from the room gave star status. The room had everything we needed, we weren’t planning to be there much anyway. The bar was excellent. Bartender Gabe, hit the nail on the head every time. The food from the restaurant was extremely tasty, we did not feel the need to go off property except just to say we explored what the island had to offer. I saved the be best for last, the hospitality employee named Tushae provided the best service we have ever received while traveling. If all hospitality employees handled themselves like she did there would never be a complaint. She was personable yet professional. My husband and I loved her. We call her specifically for everything and she delivered. The lady need acknowledgement from the resort in the way or promotion and raise. We are the Barreras’ from Texas and we definitely recommend this resort!

Only place we stay. We return year after year. Treated like family and not overcrowded. The grounds are very well maintained with beautiful vegetation and two pools. Grace Bay beach is steps away. Sherman is fantastic! He and all the staff will take good care of you.

This resort is charming. Stayed in a studio room which was quite spacious with a balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food at Pelican Bay restaurant was very good. Takeout is available. We enjoyed the Friday night Tapas menu. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Beach is beautiful. Sooo relaxing

This was our 4th visit to Turks and our 4th stay at RWI. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The entire staff from the restaurant, to the beach, to our room service - all excellent. Amy kept our room spotless and beautifully cleaned everyday. Joel and everyone at the restaurant are so happy ad nice and Russell and his crew are the beach are all so attentive - you feel like you are at home with family and friends - Sherman is like the Mayor! I highly recommend RWI! Can’t wait to come visit again!

Royal West Indies was everything we hoped for. Condo was fantastic, very clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. The staff was very friendly and accommodationg. The grounds were gorgeous and meticulously kept. Pools were beautiful and sparkling clean. Food in the area was delicious but VERY pricey. Hit the grocery store and you can make some meals at condo. Can't wait to go back and Royal West Indies is where we'll be staying

We stayed for a week. ALL the Staff is extremely friendly. Beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and towels. Grounds have established landscape that is amazing. Two pools, one whirlpool. One pool is adults only. We stayed in a studio Ocean Front which included 'full size' fridge, Microwave, sink, silverware, plates etc. Also had laundry basket and washer/dryer. Maid service was excellent. Front Desk helped with reservations. Beach type bikes avail for a 10 min ride into town. WiFi worked great in the room and was a bit spotty at the beach/pool, however, your on vacation so who cares. If your looking for posh and snooty, go somewhere else. This resort is full of kindness without attitude.
